About the Project, Program & FAQ

About the Project

Hybrid work models were designed to combine the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of office environments. In practice, however, this arrangement often creates a new type of challenge: employees must constantly adapt to changing contexts throughout the day.

Switching between video calls, instant messaging platforms, office discussions, and individual tasks requires continuous cognitive adjustment. Over time, these repeated transitions can lead to reduced concentration, emotional fatigue, and a persistent feeling that work never truly ends.

Recent research in occupational health psychology and digital workplace studies (2024–2026) highlights that the most significant contributor to hybrid work fatigue is not necessarily the number of working hours but the lack of clear psychological boundaries between different work contexts.

The purpose of this webinar series is not to promote a perfect productivity system or a universal daily routine.

Instead, the sessions explore:

  • why the human brain experiences fatigue in hybrid work environments
  • the cognitive mechanisms behind video meeting overload and context switching
  • realistic strategies that can help maintain energy and clarity during distributed workdays

The project is strictly educational and does not promote products, services, productivity software, collaboration platforms, or commercial solutions.

The webinar is provided for educational purposes only. The invited expert participates as a guest contributor.
